Gentle Class

This is a beginner’s class or for people who prefer using props to support sore knees, hips, and tight hamstrings. Join an inclusive Gentle class designed for older adults and beginners alike. I will demonstrate and explain each pose, go through safety, and we will practise each pose slowly with 5-6 rounds of breaths. You can ask questions anytime!

Chair Yoga

Experience the benefits of Chair Yoga, a gentle and accessible form of yoga designed specifically for older adults. Improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation with simple, accessible movements. It involves simple, low-impact movements, stretches, and breathing exercises that help improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation without the need to get on the floor.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is slower and more meditative. Turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues, joints, bones and the deep fascia networks of the body. Unlike other Yang Yoga practice, you will hold each pose for 3-5 minutes.
