🪑 Chair Yoga + Meditation – Mondays

Description: A gentle, supportive practice using a chair for seated poses – ideal for beginners, older adults, or those with limited mobility. Each session includes calming stretches, mindful breathing, and a short guided meditation to help you relax and reset for the week.

 

🧘‍♀️ Slow & Stretch Yoga – Thursdays

Time: 8pm    Dates:5th & 12th June
Description: Unwind before bed with this deeply relaxing floor-based class. Designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and prepare your body and mind for restful sleep. Includes gentle stretches, long holds, and soothing breathwork.

Wear comfortable clothes, and come as you are. These sessions are free – just bring your breath and an open mind!

  • Click the Zoom link.
  • If it’s your first time, Zoom will prompt you to download the app – just follow the steps.
  • Once it opens, click “Join with Video” and “Join with Audio” so we can see and hear each other.
  • That’s it! You’re in.
