Gentle Class

This is a beginner’s class or people who prefer using props to support sore knees, hips, and tight hamstrings.
I will demonstrate and explain each pose, go through safety, and we will practise each pose slowly with 5-6 rounds of breaths. You can ask questions anytime!

Caring Yoga

Similer to gentle class, however the class is catered for people who are in caring professions such as teachers, nurses, and carers.
Through Yoga and short Meditation, you will learn how to take care of your mind, be free from busy mind so that you can enjoy your time with love ones after work.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is slower and more meditative. Turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues such as ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body. Unlike other Yang Yoga practice, you will hold each pose for 3-5 minutes.

All Levels

If you have practised Yoga before or tried a few YouTube Yoga Videos, you will be fine to start here! I choose easy to follow 20-25 Yoga poses per class. I offer plenty of options so that you can make the practice to suit your level.
